How do I set the sound as my ringtone?
Choose your phone in Phone help and follow the steps for iPhone, Samsung, Pixel or other Android phones. Open Phone help.
Where are my purchased sounds?
Sign in to My sounds with your purchase email. Listen, choose a format and download again. Go to My sounds.
I previously bought by SMS. What do I do?
Link a previous purchase with the phone number and order code in My sounds. If you no longer have the code, support can help verify the purchase. We do not send SMS.
Are weekly free sounds saved in my account?
No, keep free files on your own device. Paid sounds and clips are saved in My sounds.
